• Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Vista, or 7 on your PC
• Mac OS X 10.2 or later on your Mac (Jaguar, Leopard, Snow Leopard)
• 64 MB RAM
• Enough hard drive space to hold all of your email

2. What versions of Outlook are supported?
Outlook to Mac Mail currently supports all versions of Outlook newer than 2000. This includes:

• Outlook 2000
• Outlook XP
• Outlook 2003
• Outlook 2007
• Outlook 2010

3. What all is transferred using Outlook to Entourage?

Outlook to Mac Mail will export/import the following information:

• Email
• Contacts
• Calendar

4. How many times am I allowed to use Outlook to Mac Mail?

You are allowed to use Outlook to Mac Mail as many times as it takes for you to successfully import all of your Outlook data into Mac Mail from any one computer.

5. Am I allowed to use Outlook to Mac Mail on multiple computers?

A single license of Outlook to Mac Mail allows you to export all of your Outlook data from one PC. If you need to export data from more than one computer you will need to purchase multiple licenses.

6. Does Outlook to Mac Mail also move my Outlook settings into Mac Mail?

Outlook to Mac Mail does NOT move settings from Outlook to Mac Mail. It is best to configure your account in Mac Mail prior to running our software.

7. Can I choose only to export specific items from Outlook?

When running Outlook to Mac Mail you will see an option labeled 'Advanced'. By choosing this option you will be able to select whether or not you want to move email, contacts, calendar items, or any possible combination. If you choose to export emails, you'll be prompted to select which folders to export as well.
