Can I use Outlook's 'export' feature to export my email account to Entourage?
Outlook's 'export' feature will only allow users to export an Outlook account to another Outlook program. It will not convert the file into a format that can be imported into Entourage.
Outlook to Entourage will convert all of the Outlook emails, contacts, calendar items and address book so they can be imported into Entourage.

Does this convert Outlook's PST file?
Yes, Outlook to Entourage converts the Outlook PST file into an Entourage-compatible format. This is then transferred to the Mac and imported into Entourage.
All of the email, attachments, contacts and calendar items will be moved into Entourage simply.
