1. What are the system requirements?

2. What versions of Outlook are supported?
Outlook to Entourage currently supports all versions of Outlook newer than 2000. This includes:
- Outlook 2000
- Outlook 2003
- Outlook XP
- Outlook 2007
- Outlook 2010

3. What versions of Entourage are supported?
Outlook to Entourage currently supports Entourage 2008 only. If customer demand is high enough we will add support for previous Entourage versions as well. |

5. What does the Outlook to Entourage DEMO transfer?
The Outlook to Entourage DEMO will export the following items:

6. Does Outlook to Entourage transfer my Notes and Tasks?
No, Outlook to Entourage does not currently transfer the Notes and Tasks. Support for these features will be added in the future. |

7. How many times am I allowed to use Outlook to Entourage?
You are allowed to use Outlook to Entourage as many times as it takes for you to successfully import all of your Outlook data into Entourage from any one computer. |

8. Am I allowed to use Outlook to Entourage on multiple computers?
A single license of Outlook to Entourage allows you to export all of your Outlook data from one PC. If you need to export data from more than one computer you will need to purchase multiple licenses. |

9. Does Outlook to Entourage also move my Outlook settings into Entourage?
Outlook to Entourage does NOT move settings from Outlook to Entourage. |

10. Can I choose only to export specific items from Outlook?
When running Outlook to Entourage you will see an option labeled 'Advanced'. By choosing this option you will be able to select whether or not you want to move email, contacts, calendar items, or any possible combination. If you choose to export emails, you'll be prompted to select which folders to export. |

11. Everything transfers over but there are no EMAILS in my folders.
If all of the Contacts, Calendar items and the folder structure for your email account transferred over but there were not any emails, then you need to follow these steps to make the full transfer:
- ZIP the Outlook.RGE folder on the PC desktop
- We recommend using WINZIP, PKZIP, or 7ZIP - also zip the folder as .ZIP, not .RAR
- Transfer the ZIPPED Outlook.RGE folder to the Mac desktop
- Mac OSX will automatically unzip a zipped file when it is placed on the Mac desktop. If this does not occur, please double click the zipped file and the folder will appear on your desktop.
- Import the Outlook.RGE file into Entourage

12. Does Outlook to Entourage maintain my account's folder structure?
Outlook to Entourage will maintain your Outlook account's complete folder structure. This feature allows you to keep your emails sorted identically to how it is now in Outlook. |

13. What does the "MAPI_E_NOT_ENOUGH_RESOURCES" error message mean?
Please remove the Outlook Connector addin for Outlook 2007. This Connector is causing the issue. Removing the addin will allow the program to run properly. |
