2. What versions of Outlook Express are supported?
Outlook Express to Mac Mail currently supports all versions of Outlook newer than 2000. This includes:
- Outlook Express 2000
- Outlook Express ME
- Outlook XP (SP2 & SP3)

4. How many times am I allowed to use Outlook Express to Mac Mail?
You are allowed to use Outlook Express to Mac Mail as many times as needed so long as you only transfer data from any one computer. |

5. Am I allowed to use Outlook Express to Mac Mail on multiple computers?
A single license of Outlook Express to Mac Mail allows you to export all of your Outlook Express data from one PC. If you need to export data from more than one computer you will need to purchase multiple licenses. |

6. Does Outlook Express to Mac Mail also move my Outlook Express settings into Mac Mail?
Outlook Express to Mac Mail does NOT move settings from Outlook Express to Mac Mail. It is best to configure your account in Mac Mail prior to running our software. |

7. Can I choose only to export specific items from Outlook Express?
Outlook Express to Mac Mail currently allows you to choose which folders to transfer. It does not allow you to choose which contacts to export. These can be chosed by deleting specific .VCF files in the "Outlook Express Export/Contacts" folder that will be generated. |
